Film About the studies of Charles Darwin not finding a U.S. distributor

Really? I mean come on. This should END the "Hollywood is keeping religious movies from being made" debate. If it doesn't make it to the theaters it should still make it to DVD over here, so I'm not worried about being able to see it, but the point really is the double standard. I didn't give a shit about the Passion of the Christ and all the controversy over that. But if that can be released, why not Creation.

Side Rant: I acutely did like the Passion of the Christ. However I'm not sure how historically accurate it was. You know, the whole Jesus not existing thing threw me off. Why take it so seriously? Good Horror film to! Slow third act, but a good film none the less.

Back to the topic at hand. What can we do about this? Nothing really, other then REALLY protest dogmatic films. But I don't agree with that. Probably the best thing to do is to create a commercial demand for such films. Anyone who is a Atheist, Agnostic, Skeptic, Humanist is still a cash earner, and spender. So voice openly about what you want to pay to see and the producers of entertainment will cater to us. Just need to be loud enough.
