Well according the Center of Disease Control and Prevention Its pretty much the opposite of that thought process.

Putting it into basic terms, people are probably gonna fuck if you want them to or not. Seriously! It's what we do. No really, we've been doing this for a thousands of years now. If evolution shows anything its that we're pretty good at it. But as I take a good hard look around I would say this might be more of a case of us fucking up.
We are a species of Dumb-Fucks. Speaking in world wide percentages as are most higher mammals we are Fucking-Retarded (clinical/biological term I believe).
So if people are going to fuck regardless then why don't we just teach them to fuck right? I think we should indorse a No-Fucking Up policy (That is unless your on the bottom, LOL) that puts safe sex and birth control into better perspective and provides better (real) information for the general population.

So back in the day when we where in the early stages of civilization and culture we figured out that fucking led to babies, babies led to adults, adults led to more babies, which went to (depending on the civilization) overpopulation or essentially more mouths then we can communally feed.
Also it was becoming difficult to figure out who was who and who was who’s. We had moved from a species that could wander around the terrain and fuck aimlessly amongst the masses (90% within our own species or even just plain alive. Great job progress!).
So order needed to be created. Things had to get Under-Fucking-Control and fast. Or I should say Controlling-Fucking.
Early stages of governing bodies only had one thing that simple people at the time could understand. Wrath of God. It worked. Well sorta. Not great but it got the ball rolling and it should be commended for that. It was our first form of birth control (Actually second, I’m pretty sure inducing miscarriage with the use of a club to the gut came first).
The problem? We out grew the spooky god thing as a means of any kind of justification for anything that happens to or around us. Oh wait… That’s right, 90% of us didn’t get on the fucking-wagon. What the Fuck?
Back in the old days the people who “got around” more or where more deviant either got pregnant or got some disease that melted your organs and within a few weeks you where found having Bloodshit yourself to death.
Over time medicine and vaccinations came along. thwarting Natural Selections means of canceling some of our species more funnier Genetic Miss configurations. Over time Bloodshtting began to have a higher survival rate and the bearer was given more opportunity to spread his seed to children, live stock, corpses, and virtually anything they that’s slick and can be folded around a cock or hard enough not to break off in a pussy (We are a resourceful creature.).
Ultimately what happened was Progress. We got better. Problems came, we found solutions. Bigger problems came we found more solutions. After awhile God “the Answer” started whittling away. It wasn’t “the answer” or a practical necessity anymore. We had education, science, social studies, prison systems, medical treatment, and government structures.
The fantasy gave way to reality and we rose above the superstitions of the past to strive to move forward so we didn’t have to be passed by on the ladder of life by squids.
Well, we didn’t fully hit this ideal Utopia. A chunk of us did, another DID NOT. We didn’t come to grips on the universal realities that we need and can achieve.
Where did it all go wrong? Lots of little reasons but probably the biggest. We’ve been Fucking-Stupid. Too much shit wrapped around fucking (No that’s not an anal sex joke, shame on you).
I could go on and on about this, but just keep this in mind; Whoever controls sex controls the animal. Think about that and every aspect of our lives and the natural order and operations of all things.
Sex is a great power, and with great power comes great responsibility. Responsibility is about having to make choices, and you can’t make good choices without information and knowledge.
