This goes for you to Alaska.

I'm sure Alaska would start declaring how we need their Oil so we would have to subsidize them. Of course that would require us to drill it for them. They are American Oil companies, not Alaskan.

But maybe it would encourage us even more to not need oil and find alternative energy sources. Probably not, but its a nice thought.

Or, guess what?

If Alaska really does have that much oil, and they really did leave the USA then that would eliminate all of the Environmental Protection Acts that the United States Government have established which have kept us from drilling more in their state.

We get rid of that and then we really can reducing the need for more foreign then Alaskan" oil.

And since we have the technology to drill in more environmentally friendly ways that produce far less damage to nature which can be done in more cost effective ways I can't see how this isn't a big win for our country!

So I guess I'll just tell Alaska to Fuck Off. I just hope they don't let Putin in... To Canada.
